Installation
Before installation, if the center distance between the two shafts is adjustable structure, the center distance should be shortened first, and then adjust the center distance as required after installing the belt; If the center distance between the two shafts is not adjustable, a v belt can be set into the pulley groove, and then turn the another pulley to install the v belt, with the same method will be a group of v belts installed.
It is forbidden to use tools to pry or pull the V-belt to prevent the V-belt from stretching or being too tight.
New belt and old belt cannot be mixed. When double or more v belts need to be replaced, the specified type of v belt should be used, and the tightness of each group of v belt must be the same. It is not allowed to mix the new and the old or reduce the number of use, Otherwise, the force of the old and new v belt is uneven, even the old V-belt does not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the life of the V-belt
